Don co-founded Three Rivers IT Consulting, a highly successful Information Technology consulting firm concentrating on small to medium sized businesses, with a specialty in medical practices and legal firms. Don is an experienced network engineer with knowledge of Cisco Telephony systems. Prior to founding Three Rivers IT, Don served as a controller in the financial industry for 16 years. He then took a position as Support Desk Manager at one of Washington D.C.'s top managed service providers until its sale in 2009.

Don received a BS in Information Technology and Management from Point Park University where he graduated Cum Laude.

T.J. is an experienced I.T. professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology field. T.J. has a diverse I.T. background having worked as an educator, engineer, consultant, and senior manager. He has developed curriculum for Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA instructor led courses. T.J. has served as a senior engineer for some of the area's leading I.T. consulting firms, including Three Rivers I.T. Consulting, which he co-founded. He has also held the position of Director of Engineering for one of Washington D.C.'s top managed service providers, where he met Don Brandt. In addition to his engineering responsibilities, T.J. serves as the Director of Technology for Three Rivers I.T. Consulting's larger clients. In this capacity, he assists the client's senior management team with making business decisions, including creating an I.T. budget.

T.J. has earned certifications with some of the most recognized companies in the I.T. industry. His certifications include: MCP, MCP +Internet, MCSE, CCNA, A+, Network+, Security+, DR Certified PACS Administrator.
